Landscape Survey Group – A voice for landscape survey

The Landscape Survey Group (LSG) provides a diverse forum for the exchange of knowledge and ideas relating to archaeological landscape survey. The group provides a unique space for people interested in researching and recording archaeological landscapes to share their work, discuss methodologies, and enjoy our wonderful landscapes together.

The overriding aims of the group are to:

Provide an international forum for individuals and groups with an interest in, or who are undertaking, archaeological landscape survey.
Raise awareness of the huge research potential of landscape survey through hosting events, attending conferences, and contributing towards publications.
Promote best practices and raise the standard of archaeological landscape survey by providing advice, encouragement, and training.
